Create Account Problem Help please ASAP

My store was recently launched and was working fine until I got SSL installed. The only problem currently is when I click on Create Account and fill out information as if I were a customer and click Submit, it just refreshes the page and clears the form information. No warning is given, no info is recorded in the database and my customers can't make accounts. Here is a link to my website so you can check it out:

IE reports your certificate is invalid - I could not register - noted you are using GoDaddy - best you check with them.

My guess is that you have a a url mis-match - selecting login on your site results in this https://www.mhgenterprises.com/zencart/ but your cert is issued to mhgenterprises.com not www.mhgenterprises.com -

Check in your 2 configure.php files and remove the www that I suspect is there and see if this clears it up??

Ok, I found the config files and made the proper changes, but now when i try creating a customer account, I get these errors:

Warning: session_regenerate_id() [function.session-regenerate-id]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mhgegol3/public_html/zencart/includes/languages/english/create_account.php:105) in /home/mhgegol3/public_html/zencart/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 162

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mhgegol3/public_html/zencart/includes/languages/english/create_account.php:105) in /home/mhgegol3/public_html/zencart/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44

*EDIT* I just checked my e-mail and the admin area and found that despite the errors, the accounts I tried to make were created. I do still need to get rid of these errors or fix whatever problem there it. It looks like a problem with the session and redirecting to an account creation success page...yea?

Follow the start of the first error as this will most likely be the cause of the others:

Warning: session_regenerate_id() [function.session-regenerate-id]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mhgegol3/public_html/zencart/includes/languages/english/create_account.php:105)

Try reloading this file....

If not a cure - look in the admin > config > sessions > toggle the Recreate Session entry and recheck for issue...
