Sub-sub Category table on category page

Hello,

I am just wondering if this is possible and the way to do it :
I'm selling Pizzas and other stuffs (salads, pannini,etc). My Pizza Top Category has three sub categories Classic, Bianca (white) and Calzone. Each Sub category has a sub-sub category for the size.
Don't tell me to do things another way cause each pizza has a bunch of toppings (attributes) with different price regarding the size of the pizza so there no other way to structure my pizzas.
Pizza
--Classic
----10"
----14"
----16"
--Bianca
----10"
----14"
----16"
--Calzone
----Regular
----Large

OK. So the way to get to a pizza is a bit long (for example :click Pizza->click Classic-->cick 14"-->click Pizza Name--> check boxes for toppings-->...) so I would like to do things so that when a customer clicks on the Pizza top cat he gets a table showing all the sub-sub categories like this :

-----Classic------Bianca------Calzone

--14"--x-------------x------------Reg--
--16"--x-------------x------------Larg-
(x will be an image)
So is it possible to customize a category page ? And how to do it ? Is it using EZ-pages ? Can an EZ-page replace a php built page ? or is it by the override system and if so wich file to use ?

OK so I'll answer myself my dumb question...

- Disable showing sub categories in categories
- Make your table using any html editor
- paste the HTML source in the Categoy description
