I want to be able to offer the PMI flat rate envelope rate to customers who order one or two books. However, if they order more than that, it won't fit into the flat rate envelope.

I have the new module installed (and it's working fine), but is there any way to configure it to not offer the flat rate envelope if a customer exceeds a number of items?
