Godaddy Hosting

I installed zencart through Godaddy. By the way, they have a very easy installation procedure. Anyways, I chose to install in a folder called /catalog and now I'm ready for index.php to be my default page when bringing up my domain. Is my only option an HTML redirect?

No. Browsers will look for (and only look for) index.* or default.* so index.php will be the first page it loads.

Old thread - but - this is a configuration setting in the web server, not the browser. I have no idea if godaddy allows you to modify this configuration. The browser has nothing to do with it.
