Canada Post and UPS XML - no results for Shipping Estimator unless logged in

I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to integrate both Canada Post and UPS shipping rates into my shopping cart. When I click on Estimate Shipping, without logging in, I get no rates at all. If I am logged in, the rates show for both.

I have searched the forums for an answer, but it seems I am either searching using the wrong terms or no one else has had this problem. The website in question is http://bayviewmemorial.ca/shop.

If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it.

It's kind of embarrassing really. I was considering using Wordpress for the copy in the site, and had

require_once('../wp-blog-header.php');

in my configure.php file. As soon as I removed that, it worked.

What have you done so far? Did you manage to find the modules to download?

I just found the module, but also read the warning inside about it overwriting core files and needing to backup stuff. I'm not sure what needs to be backed up and where to back it up to. Help?
