Customizing Product Listings

Hi

I need to customize the product listing so that I have an image on the left and to the right of it (Version 1.3.7):

Product name
Model
IMAGE Description
Price
More Info | Add to Cart

It would be helpful if the returned search results followed this format too.

Any ideas how to go about this?
