Border in Firefox.. But Not IE?

On my left column, I have a border in firefox.... But I have no border in IE? Any tips on how to fix this

In your current template's "stylesheet_original", find:

.leftbox{
 font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
  font-size: 10.2px;
  background: #ffffff;
  border: 0.1px solid #000000;
  margin-bottom: 0px;
}

I don't think IE likes decimals implemented with pixel values.

Besides the decimal pixels, there may also be a problem with the complicated cascade of styles. I have something similar happening in the bottom of each page on both my sites. I wanted a border around bottom separate from the border around the content, but I don't see it in FF or Opera, while it shows properly in IE.

I haven't been able to track down the problem.

I'm sure you'd fair well on your own though, you're quite the intuitive person I figure and would have found all the answers soon enough.
