How do I make my admin section only accept connections using https?

change all of these in your /admin/includes/configure.php to use https URL's:

  define('HTTP_SERVER', 'https://blah');
  define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://blah');
  define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://blah');
  define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://blah');
