Nav Bar Font Color

How do I change the font color in the nav bar (just the nav bar). I was able to change the back groung,

Look in your stylesheet.css

color: red;

It was the header NAV. I found it in the style sheet. for others to known its in your style sheet under #navBreadCrumb
