Attributes mySQL error?

This is the error I get when trying to Add Attributes to a product in the Attributes Controller


1366 Incorrect decimal value: '' for column 'options_values_price' at row 1
in:

What is different about that first 0 in comparison to all the other numbers?

hint: 0 should be "0"

Is that + sign supposed to be in there? I don't know for sure, which is why I'm a askun.

I don't know why the 0 isn't '0' if that's what it should be. How can I fix this?
