ZenCart Contact Info Request - can NOT Login! IMPORTANT!!!

Hi,

Anyone know an E-mail/phone/fax I can contact ZenCart at?
Or PM the admin?
I don't know what to do! & am about bald now
I can NOT login to my admin.
I've tried sending a new password to the registered E-mail with ZenCart
and I get the E-mail/pass. just fine... but when I go to try it out it just says that I entered the wrong username/password.

I don't understand because I had a trusted friend help me set up ZenCart & she can login just fine, no problem!

I'm praying this is just a bug on ZenCart's part & that they will be able to fix the problem without me having to re-register & set it all up again.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

have your good friend delete your admin profile and create a new one for you and see if that works
