Crafty Syntax Live Help

we have installed the crafty Syntax Live Help mod, On teh Side box we have installed there is nothing showing up under that box, We dont know how people can contact us , if we cant say if we are online or offline

Did you generate the crafty syntax html code and put it in the side box?

i have installed the crafty side boxes module on the site and i have tried to enter the code and recived error messges

Here is the site i have added the crafty side boxes and all i am getting is the module and then no pic to say i am online at all. Can anyone help to see why this module isnt working.

So, how'd you fix it?

Same problem here. I edited the tpl_craftysyntax_sidebox to make sure it listed the proper name for the cPanel installed livehelp directory.

I then changed the settings under the livehelp admin to have livehelp use my direct ip instead of trying to resolve a domain name.

After that, Ms. Padilla's sidebox worked like magic. Not her fault, I hadn't fully resolved the domain name yet, and I hadn't checked how cPanel's automated live help install had named the directory for live help.
