Adjusting Column Height in Template

I'm looking to adjust the left and right columns so that they expand as the whole page expands. I want them to reach the top of the footer.

Any suggestions?

The sidebar containers navColumnOne and navColumnTwo do expand to reach the footer no matter what. Their contents don't and won't.

If you give background/border styling to those, you should get the effect you want.
