Free product based on order total?

I tried searching first but couldn't find anything, but is there anything in the default functionality or in a module that would allow for a product to be free based on order total?

There is this in the download/pricing area Price Sensitive Discount and this sounds like what you are attempting to do

Thanks, actually I saw that module, I just wasn't sure if it was able to apply a discount to just one item given a specific order total. I'll give it a shot.
