products limited to certain users?

is it possible to limit certain products to certain users? say i have customer products for each person and want to only show them their custom products and maybe some non-customizable ones, would this be possible?

also if this is possible, is there a way to have them select from a list of option sets? like say they have multiple locations and each location gets different options... would that be possible?

Yes, and you can search for this here as this has been covered many times and there migh even be a module for this in the downloads area...

Yes once you do the above or before - you can add attributes to products
i.e. location 1, location 2
