Drop Down Combo Boxes

Hi,

First posting from me - I am looking to incorporate a drop down combo box for items that have various sizes i.e. clothing garments.

This selection would then be transferred to the order page so that when the orders are processed our picker can see which sizes the customer has ordered.

Initially I have set the site up so that each size is its own category and then each category has the relevant products under it. The problem with this is the duplication of product information and images. Also it will lead to errors by the visitors to the site (I'm sure).

This is done by adding attributes i.e. name = size - values = s. m. l etc

If you also require inventory by item size tracking then get the stock-by-attributes module in the downloads/other area the one by kuroi
