Adding Text to Product LISTING Page

I would like to add a little text to the top of the product listing page. How can I do this?

If you want it on the Product Listing when the Products are displayed in the list ... you would what to customize the file:
/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_index_product_list.php

and copy that to your templates and overrides directory:
/includes/templates/your_template_dir/templates/tpl_index_product_list.php
