just change the title to Sales Representative: and the content to and couple of names. On the user-side the pulldown menu comes up twice in both the account register and the account edit, but in the admin side it only shows up once like I want it to.

Would it be possible to post your extra_definitions both files readings (under PHP bbcode please - not straight posted on the forum) as well as your template files between the // Additional customers fields and // End of additional customers fields - statement (same for the PHP bbcode) ? I will take a look at them (better hope it's NOT a capitalized chars as issued before on this topic though).
