Hi!

We wish to allow customers to mail-in a check or money order if they wish.

On the checkout page there is a note to `Send your order to....' but is there a way say on the confirmation email to re-iterate this, maybe with a `Click here to print your order' or something.

Or on the checkout success page perhaps - but then only displaying if the customer has selected to pay via Money Order / Check.
