We ship a fair amount to APO addresses, support our troops is BIG around here......was tinkering with the idea of offering a discount for those that SHIP to an APO address.....unless I am blind, doesn't seem to be something native to ZenCart, nor any contribs that I saw........

Specific description of what I am thinking is order is discounted by x% (whatever the APO group would call out) IF a user is shipping to one of the APO/FPO ship points.........

Thoughts? Suggestions?
