Help with language settings

Hey I'm pretty new to Zen Cart. I was just wondering if there was any type of machine translation plugin for the zen cart store. I assume the language packs don't translate product descriptions and titles as well as other text on the site, correct?

What is the best way to go about getting translation flags on my site? It doesn't have to be free but something relatively inexpensive..

After you successfully add additional languages to your site (wiki :: Languages), you will see extra fields appear for your products and descriptions. There you can include the translations. Typically language flags are included with the language packs, unless you are creating your own.
