Can you please advise me were to upload the .pem file for the Linkpoint API

Finally a question I can answer. The .pem file gets uploaded into your store's folder for example:

yoursite.com/store/includes/modules/payments/linkpoint/

If I am wrong, maybe someone else will correct me, but that does look like where I had to place my file.
