how to put 'recommend this site' on checkout success page

i've been enjoying the proccess of getting our new store ready and wanted to see if anyone had some ideas how to put "recommend this site" on the checkout success page. this is a great spot to have it since the customer is feeling good about the purchase and inclined to do something for you...

There is an add-on running around either in the Downloads or the older contributions on the same page for this that you should be able to adapt ...

off topic, have you heard of anyone with the payflow problem i asked about on the board previously? http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66599 it's been unbelievably frustrating since my cart is all set up but i can't go live...

Do a search on Payflow

I thought there was something on this ... but lately my mind isn't what it once was and I forget ...

yeah tell me about it...lol. i searched pretty extensively and spent a few hours on the phone with paypal and register.com (my host). register checked all the paths and said they felt it was a script in the zen-cart module code that needed to be changed, but they weren't sure which... i guess i just need to hear from someone who experienced this same problem. if you hear of anyone, please send them my way.
