How do I Modify links across the top of the page (EZpages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart) I want change these and add links to other page such as SHOPPING CART, HOME, MY ACCOUNT etc.... How do I put new text links here?

This would appear to be a configuration in the EZPages administration screen. The section you are looking for is the "Header" column -- those items with green buttons indicate they are turned on for the "header". The same is true of the other buttons for the other link locations.
