I am trying to upgrade zen cart from 1.3.5 to 1.3.7. I have followed the how to upgrade instructions, but when I use phpMyAdmin to import the old database into the fresh install it is giving me an error because those files already exist in the data base. What am I doing wrong or is there and easier way to upgrade?

I also did this a different way (not using fantastico) and I got an error message that I needed to patch the database, how do I go about doing this?
