Changing Date to UK format

I am having problems in changing the date format to the UK date format.

Reading through other threads I have changed everything I need to in the english.php file. Most dates have changed correctly but when it comes to a customer entering their dob when creating an account it is not accepting the UK date format. A message appears, Dob is incorrect please check (or something like that)

Is there anywhere else I need to change this format?

Would be grateful if somebody could help

Yup, I have the same need, my Wife has been testi g our new cart, its live but not promoted, with just two items!

Anyway, loads of things to configure yet, but UK DATES is a must as we Brits really like our dates the right way round.

Im sure it can be done, but have not tried anything you (the original poster) has done, cannot afford to mess anything up again!

From my last post about messing up the templates help on this formum is usually swift & very positive.
