For authorize.net settings is there a standard set of pages in zencart I should use for these authorize.net values?

Receipt Page
Response/Receipt URLs
Relay Response
Silent Post URL
Direct Response

Assuming these settings are in Auth.net, and the system permits you to leave the entries blank, I'd say you can safely ignore those settings. They look like optional settings.

Our accountant handles the auth.net end, and our setup works fine without my ever seeing them.
