Adding a Table Below Header

Can anyone tell me how to add a separate table below the header that I can add HTML too!

Admin -> Tools -> define pages editor -> define_main_page.php

You can also edit your tpl_header.php file for your active template. But you may have to create new CSS div styles to override existing styles if it isn't formatted exactly the way you want.
