Disabling Table Rate option based on weight?

Hi, I discovered the Table Rate option as being a useful way to mimic the flat rate USPS envelope price for customers, but is there a way to make the Table Rate option go away above a certain weight? If things get too heavy, I'd rather have customers pay the true Priority Mail price and not have the cheaper option available.

Don't make it go away but use the table rate based upon weight to your advantage

Like up to 5 units of weight > some rate
5-10 units of weight another rate
and so forth
