For one who knows OSC and also ZenCart it is normally easy depending on the complexity of the mod....
Many have been ported/converted and usually by their authors and sometimes anotherZen-Venom Get Bitten

... and there's a section in the Wiki specifically about porting modules from OSC to Zen Cart.
