Conditions of Use / can I change it to "About Us" and how?

I would like to change the "conditions of use" page under the information sidebox to "about us" (mainly because I don't need the conditions of use page and don't know how to add a new page to that box yet... lol).

Is it as simple as switching the title on, what is it the english.php file, and changin the page title and all of that over to a new page?

Or would I have to create/upload a new define_page for about us anyway?

Or ... it's a great time to learn how to install an add-on and click the Downloads link and get the About Us contribution ...
