Full Database backup

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I apologise if it's in the wrong section.
I would simply like to know how i could go about making a full backup of my Zen Cart database, so that it can be fully restored if something happens to go wrong.

This mod makes a backup but it is then stored with your cart files - I would then FTP a copy to your local for insurance
