Paypal IPN and Seller Reputation #

I've been noticiging that my Paypal Reputation number (the number that's in prenthesis next to your Paypal status) has been stuck at one number for a long time. I think it stopped going up when I added info for PDT token. I have gotten about a hundred orders since then, and I know some of are Paypal verified customers.

I have another store, thewahmmall.com, that's stuck at 0. This store was started with PDT token enabled. We have almost 40 orders, and most are from PP verified customers.

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm willing to disable PDT token, but I would like my numbers to get adjusted from my previous sales (the number is kind of low, and I know customers don't think very highly of you with such a low number). Do I contact PP? TIA!
