Hi all

I am trying to set up table rate shipping, and I an having an issue with the "Shipping Zone" the only available options are Florida or None

To my understanding the options should be "Store Zone" or "none", My store is not set in florida, i set up a new "Zone" within my country

From the mystore page
Country New Zealand
Zone New Zealand
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the table rate shipping thing but nothing seems to change the default from Florida

What am i missing, I'm guessing it is fairly obvious as i can't seem to find anyone else having this issue
