Sidebox Specials Image Size

Hi

Does anyone know if it possible to replace the image displayed in the Specials Sidebox?

I intend to only have 1 special at a time and would like to 'shout' about this on the index.page by using a large image.

I know I can add an image to the index page manually but love the idea of the Specials automatically showing for a given period.

Has anyone done this or can give me an idea how to go about doing it?

Find the location of the specials image and replace it with the one you want to show up there. But then you have to go into that specials php page and change the size of the allocated space to fit the size of the image.

Another idea is to use one of the banner ads to advertise your specials, and leave the specials box to show other specials as well.

That is if you decide to have two specials at a time. haha.
