Customizing Add to Cart with CSS

I am trying to customize the add to cart section of my Product Info page a little, but am running into an issue with the CSS.

I would like to move the the Add to Cart section (the whole box) directly under my product description. I keep adjusting the CSS #cartAdd but I can't get it right. Have a look here and let me know what I am doing wrong or if I need to change the tpl_product_info_display.php page as well.
