Select a gift upon checkout

Hello fellow Zenners!

I need a little advise on how to implement a free gift, into our final checkout page.


Mission to provide a free gift selected by the user upon checkout.
This gift will have 1-5 attributes(Colors) cost to the customer = 0.

For further clarification:
User makes a purchase for 1-X item(s), upon completion of the order they can select a gift. That( the gift) is available in several colors.

The selected item is not affected by the gift selection and is available with every purchase.


I think I know where to make the changes but I would just like some insight from the zen gods!

I want to add radio button selection this page

That will indicate the color of a free gift added to the order.

Suggestions?
