remove in category products available the quality in stock

Has anyone figured out how to remove the items in stock and display by weight option.

The area where when you click on a category it will display the items available i.e Qty. Product Image Weight Item Name Price
followed by the qty in stock and its weight etc.

I have already been to and disabled show quanity in stock and its weight but this has not removed it from the category display area.
Below is how i disabled it when viewing specific items but i would like to remove it also from the area where it shows all my items.

I Found were it was myself they are stored in configuratoin/Product Listing then display weight and quanity.
