I don't have that folder combination in my cart. I have a admin/modules.php only?

Go to your Zen Cart Admin ..
From the menu select Modules ... Payments ... as Kim requested ...
Which Payment Modules are installed?

That must've been it, thanks. I didn't think both credit card and linkpoint weer installed but apparently they were.
