If I add to cart from Featured Listing, I can't change quantity

I am sure I am just missing something in the admin.

The site is http://www.actionforms.ca/officesupplies/

If I add to cart from any of my category listing, I have the option to change the quantity, either before adding, or once it is in the cart. However if I do it from my Featured Listing, it is stuck at "quantity 1".

In admin>configuration>featured listing this is what i have set:

Display Product Image 1102
Display Product Quantity 0
Display Product Buy Now Button 1300
Display Product Name 2101
Display Product Model 2201
Display Product Manufacturer Name 2302
Display Product Price 2402
Display Product Weight 0
Display Product Date Added 0
Display Product Description 1
Display Product Display - Default Sort Order 1
Default Featured Products Group ID 22
Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status and Set Button Location 2

I don't want the buy it now button to appear on the main page, but once you click on it, I would like the option to change the quantity before adding it to the cart, or change it once in the cart.

Ok, I finally got the problem fixed, however I think I have a bare patch from pulling my hair out now!!
