Patch, I think your right on both issues. But, I don't think I would waste my time on a survey, as if the customer is already leaving without purchasing a product......chances are, they're NOT going to be back, anyway, and if I was the customer looking to buy cosmetics online, and I found this site, found out that I had to spend my money to make a phone call to spend more money......I'd already be pi**ed off enough, that I wouldn't come back to begin with, let alone the fact that you're trying to FORCE me to tel you why I didn't buy anything......well, hey! It's pretty obvious to start with.
Those clients need to get their heads out of their butts, and figure out what ONLINE SALES means........and it's NOT "PHONELINE SALES"!
Teach them to shop and they will shop today;
Teach them to Zen and they will OWN a shop tomorrow!
