I;m about half way through setting up a 1.3.7 store for a client when i spotted the warning in the docs "whatsnew_1.3.7.html" document stateing that paypal Express Checkout will not work for Uk customers.

Has anyone tried this since 1.3.7 was released and is this still the case ?
