I am pretty new to this and would like to know if it is possible to replace the header_bg.jpg and logo.gif that make up the display on the top of the shopping cart just below the Home and LogIn icons with a HTML page that I made. The page has a number of rollovers with links.

If it is possible are there any detailed instructions on how to do it.

I know how to change the image but that does not provide the image rollovers and links I am trying to implement
