Lots of errors and warnings

Today just isn't my day!

ok the only changes I made were to the shipping module for "zone rates" I reset up my table rates. I tested it once after putting a few rates in and it worked fine then added the whole kit&caboodle and now when i go to the cart it seems fine until i click a category and I get these errors at the top

anyone with any help would be my hero for the day.

the only thing i can think of is that maybe the table rate is too large? for example here is my table rates for zone 1 which is the US

(yes i know it's ALOT but i gotta do what i gotta do until shipping can be based on categories) in case you are wondering all products that are non-hidden cameras are listed as weight0.01 and all hidden camera products are listed as weight 1 thats why the table is so large just in case so fool orders up to 99 products or 15 hidden cameras and then this is pretty much duplicated for zone 2 (Canada) and zone 3 (intern'l) just with different prices

ok i just went back and took out all the table rates just to see and the cart was back to normal - so i guess that narrows the errors down to the table rate is too large or could it be the returns after each line?

okay sorry to be posting so many times but trying different things to narrow it down -
I went back and removed all the carriage returns (and not to mention now my page is just short of 10miles wide) and tried it with the us zone only and the cart was fine went back in and put in the canada rates (with carriage returns removed) and then tried with all 3 zones and got errors and warnings again with zone 2 and then with zone 3. Now I'm clueless

they are each approz the same length and I don't understand if the zone for the US works then why doesn't the zones for canada and international work (when they did before i added all the rates{when i had tested them with smaller rate tables)

another thing i tried is putting the rates in for each zone one at a time (zone 2 rates and then only zone 3 rates) and each time the cart was fine but apparently now with all 3 zones or even just 2 of them it flubs it all up

I check it but after each time i change I go to the cart select a product that has the weight change and then do estimate shipping and choose the correspondig shipping zone

To the best of my knowledge no ypgrades were done on my server end to the php and mysql but i could be wrong I will email my guy and ask just to make sure (takes hmi a while sometimes to get back b/c of the time diff b/w us)

whatr i don't understand is that before i sat there and typed all those rates i put just a few in for each zone tested them and it worked (I wasn't sure if it was going to work with using decimals in the weight so before going far I tested to make sure) anyways each zone works by it's self just not more then one at a time. If you think it would help I'm more then willing to give you my admin login in PM if you think it would help you are far more knowledgable then I am in this area and I respect your knowledge and appreciate your willingness to help everyone and would value your opinion I can also give you the login for the hosting cpanel if you think looking at the database set up would help. Like I have said many times before I do not by any means claim to know what I'm doing..when it comes to writing the php code same goes with the databases I can get by on setting them up and have even learned how to extract info from them..lol.. but other then that I haven't a clue what I'm doing - I do know that no one has been into myphpadmin since I set up the database when i installed the cart.
