Should linkpoint be connected to my order.php file or chechout process.php file in order to access the accounts on my secure site to process final payment?

Neither.
The Linkpoint-API payment module does not use the "linkpoint connect" referral pages. It does direct communication to the Linkpoint gateway, and Zen Cart handles all the page direction activities itself.
There is no built-in support for "Linkpoint Connect" ... only for the more secure "Linkpoint API"..

Thanks for that. But I do have the Linkpoint API that is the one I am referring to. Linkpoint has instructed me to give an http address from which they access the accounts, I gave them checkout process but I am wondering if it should be order.php instead

If you turn ON the linkpoint module in your zc admin
put in th erequired Info
upload th ePEM file
and voila, you are all done
you do not have to add any URL anywhereZen cart PCI compliant Hosting
