After successful install administration works fine but I get a blank page from index.php Any Suggestions?

For one to assist post more detail server type php ver mysql ver etc and a url will allow investigation at a certian level

This usually results from a file or two being corrupt during upload. The way to correct is to re-upload all files (if you can't narrow down the exact file causing the problem) to the catalog directory.

You do NOT need to re-install Zen Cart if the first installation was successful. Just re-upload the files.

That should correct it.

Categories can have either products or sub-categories > > NOT both

If you create a category with products- you can not then add a sub-cat either
