Multiple flat rate for different zones?

Hi. I'm trying to figure out how to achive this:

ZONE A
EMS $X
Airmail $Y

ZONE B
EMS $X1
Airmail $Y2

...etc

I have a total of 5 zones and shipping is a fixed rate (regardless of weight or items).
I've search through the forum and read about clone flat and other methods, but I'm not sure which is the best for my case. The zone rates module seems to be the one but it's calculated based on weight. Will entering 0:X into the table work?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I think I've found the solution. I installed the delivery module (for EMS) and use it together with the zone rate module (for airmail which has less zones). Haven't tested it yet but everything looks fine at this point.

Zones can be charged for by price, weight or item. Open the file at includes/modules/payment/zones.php and read the guide at the top which tells you how to add extra zones.

Should take you about 3 minutes including upload and downloads!

Hi,
I have 5 shipping zones as well, and each have a fixed weight regardless of weight or # of items.

I changed # of zones in zones.php >

$this->num_zones = 5;

From Admin>Modules>Shipping, I set Zones option to True, and entered the following
Zone 1 Country: QC
Zones Shipping Table: 2:7,3:8.50,4:10.00,5:11.50,6:13,7:14.50, 8:16,9:17.50,10:19, 11:20.50,12:22,13:23.50,15:25,16:26.50,17:28,999:1000
(No Handling Fee)

Zone 2 Country: ON
Zones Shipping Table:2:12,3:14,4:16,5:18,6:20,7:22,8:24,9:26,10:28,11:30,12:32,13:34,14:36,15:3 8,999:1000
(No Handling Fee)

And continued with, whilst adding their own respective shipping rates...
Zone 3: AB,BC,MB,NB,NL,NS,NT,NU,PE,SK,YT [etc]
Zone 4: US [etc]
Zone 5: AT,BE,GB,FR,DE,GL,IS,IE,IT,NO,NL,DK,PL,ES,SE,CH,FI,PT,IL,
GR,JP,AU,NZ,SG,TW,CN,HK [etc]

When I logged on through my account on the site and tried to check out, I get the following message:
Zone Rates No shipping available to the selected country


Any help please?
Maybe I overlooked something...
