HoverBox found in my signature works with Atheme. Make sure the file following file exists on your server. This file is included in the HoverBox download.

I already have lightbox installed, will this cause any errors? or can they co-exist and hoverbox becomes default? if not how would I disable lightbox.

Also you didn't really answer the question, is it possible to have lightbox work with this theme or is it currently no way but hoverbox and atheme.

Uninstall Lightbox.

I'm sure the Lightbox add-on would work ... don't know for "sure" - never looked at that mod.

Which lines would I modify in the stylesheet to make the product titles and prices text a little larger? Probably about the size of the title and prices text in the new products and featured sideboxes would work.

Whoa! Zen Cart site was unaccessible for about 10 mins there, nevertheless:

Is there another way to disable the Categories-Tabs Menu on the top?
I've set it to 0(Off) in Layout Settings but it still appears.

Yes ... you'll have to return to the language header.php file and set the switch found in the Atheme ReadMe to off. This will restore Zen's Default functionality.
