Need a "Tick Off Form"

My girlfriend wholesale baby clothes on a hobby level. She needs a program that can make her/our administration easier as I dont have time to help her and she does not know much about computers, excel etc. We have 40-80 new garments every week so we NEED to simplify the process.

Every garment has the same type of information but in different languages like:

Model: 30_CK

Pieces in this set: 2.

Garment types: 1, T-shirt. 2, Pants.

Material: 1, 100%Cotton. 2, 60%Polyester / 40%Cotton.

Fabric: 1, Knitted. 2, Voven.

Colors: 1, White, Red. 2, Blue.

Sizes: 1y, 2y, 3y.



Same in Swedish:

Modell: 30_CK

Antal plagg i et set: 2.

Klädtyp: 1, T-shirt. 2, Byxa.

Material: 1, 100%Bomull. 2, 60%Polyester / 40%Bomull.

Tygtyp: 1, Stickad. 2, Vävd.

Färger: 1, Vit, Röd. 2, Blå.

Storlekar: 1år, 2år, 3år.

What I need is product forms in English were she can tick off different features (Not chooseable attributes) to give the product web page the right information like the above.

Colors: 1, X-White, O-Blue, X-Red, O-Black, O-Pink, O-Green, O-Brown,

Colors: 2, O-White, X-Blue, O-Red, O-Black, O-Pink, O-Green, O-Brown,

The problem is that my girlfriend does not know Swedish, she only knows Thai and English so she need it to be automatically translate it to Swedish, Norwegian, Danish etc by matching the words from a word template file. I can support those words in that template file, just tell me were to fill in them.

It would also be good if this Tick Off Form could be handled on a locale computer and then manually be downloaded.

Also it would be good if Zen-Cart/product form could automatically match the model code 30_CK with all 30_CK(_XX).png photos so she does not need to do it here self. I will help here to download the pictures for her. Also add the current pictures to the Tick Off Form as she will need the photos when she prints out the form.

So what will it cost to make this locale tick off form (one for every product) that will automatically translate every tick off to different language??

Admin i thought the "tick off form" only needed to "talk" with the database... am i wrong

Hi, i have already done that but i think more people reads it here and also allows me to discuss it open... If the forms "talks" to the DB or an excel like EPA doesnt matter for us. Is it really so hard to make this??
