Customer has no States or Zip Code...
Im starting to get international customers that don't have states or zip codes (ie Belize!) I turned the minimum amounts to 0 for each of these and disabled the js warning for not having the right amount of digites in the zip code. The customer, who has spoken with her bank, says that she is typing in the proper street address, city, and country fields, yet she keeps getting an error message saying that her address and her cc address dont match up so authoriize.net aim declines her. She has used other shopping carts before with the same information and does not have this problem with other US vendors. Right now, we have to manually process her credit card which was valid and went through, but Id like to not have to do that with international orders with these circumstances. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
